
PSYCHOTHERAPY
We all have times in our lives where we lose our way a little. Things start to get on top of us and our anxiety/stress levels increase without us even realising. Before you know it, you have lost the real "you". You may struggle to see the positives in life and you start having more negative thoughts, increasing anxiety and leaving you in the grip of a vicious circle. You may not sleep as well as you used to which fuels anxiety even more.
I use a combination of Psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, EFT and NLP, which can help us to use the brain's natural plasticity to retrain it and create new positive neuro-pathways. Helping you to turn your way of thinking around so that you begin to see the positives in life again, start to sleep better and benefit from increased serotonin levels. This enables you to think, act and interact in a positive way helping to get the 'REAL YOU' back.
Depending on you and your reasons for seeking therapy, you may need just one session to bring about positive change, or a number of sessions. You'll also be taught techniques to continue your treatment long after sessions are over.
